ABOUT
JOHANN

Johann was born & raised in Paris, France. In 2013 he took his hero’s journey and moved to the United States landing in Miami, FL. Ironically this is where he began his career in breadmaking, under an intense apprentinceship with a French baker learning traditional techniques & crafstmanship. Johann now lives in Chattanooga where he’s passionate about sharing his love for bread making and the community it brings together.
